Today I downloaded a .rar archive, with four files in it. When I try to unrar it, the files disappear from the folder. I tried to unrar them again, and got the "The file already exist..." message. I tried everything described in the thread with the same result, the files went missing. Finally, I tried to unrar one file to another location, and managed to get a hold of the file, and in the properties I noticed that the file had the hidden tag activated. I turn on the view hidden files and folders, and there they were, all of them. I don't have AVG (I use the Norton Protectin Center). I had a HP notebook, with Vista Home Premium 32bit.
