On my Dell Desktop Computer, I can turn of DEP by going into the BIOS and
changing the Settings, your computer might be different, however.

I keep running into Vista programs running because DEP shut it down and it
tells me to turn off DEP, but when I try to do so, it says DEP must be on
for this program. Anyway to turn DEP off altogether?
