developer point of vew :search functionality

hello,
For a while I want to find if in winfx there some api for searching in
files (something like : I want to know which are document on my computer
where I can find the topic "X" )?
I didn't understood what is it "search and organize ... in vista" ( I saw a
movie and a presentation about this).Can I organize/search using some
libraries expose by winfx?
If someone knows the answers to my questions please let me know...
