Instant Search feature in Outlook

Every time I enter Outlook, since the install it requests that I install the
instant search feature, which proceeds to download and attempt to install
itself untill it gets to what appears to be the registry update phase, where
it fails and then proceeds to back it self out with no indication as to the
cause of the failure.

What do I need to do to install this feature?
