When testing a previous version of WinFX with VS 2005 beta 2, there was a
template that allowed you to create a NavigationWIndow application. Now in
the release version of VS 2005 and the December CTP of the Windows SDK, the
template no longer appears to exist.

I know you can fix this by writing a little code, but does anyone know what
happened to the separate template? It's something you wouldn't think would
be taken out.

Is your questions just "why did they remove it from the SDK?" If so I don't
know, but it's still possible to do last I checked. Check out this thread[1]
