Additional performance monitoring tools for WPF?

Okay, I've found Perforator and have been using that. However there are
some additional tools which seem to be mentioned in a .ppt that I found
by Alexander Stevenson titled,"Windows Presentation Foundation
("Avalon"): Optimizing Applications For Performance." This is also
labeled "PRS327" and has the PDC logos on it. He mentions a tool called
ETW and another called EPT but I can't find either of them either in the
Windows SDK (either the start menu or bin folder) or Visual Studio 2005.

Do these still exist and has anyone had any success using it?

Thanks!
Jason
