| | Regarding Navigation Panes Hi , We need a control which is similar to the Navigation Pane of Microsoft Outlook . The control needs to be developed using Xaml .Xaml has no buildin control similar to this . It should support the full pledged functionality to add new items to the Pane on the fly . Any inputs for this solution is highly appreciated . |

| | Re: Regarding Navigation Panes The key is to think about in terms of what it logically does rather than how it looks. Functionally, it is a tab control (or maybe a single-select listbox) in that each category is a tab that allows for resizing of the selected tab/listitem. All other aspects of it are visual and can be implemented by overriding the Template property with a visual tree that consists of a FlowPanel (or maybe a DockPanel) that has some added handlers for drag n drop & renders its tabs/items as icons. |
