'The project type is not supported by this installation' error

Hi all!

I 've got this error after installation my own developed VS integration
package. All files and registry records are seams to be ok. But when I
try to create new project of my custoom type i get this weird message.
I tested it on clear virtual PC where WinXP Pro SP2 and Visual Studio
2005 Team Suite installed only.

Please!!! Any ideas?!!

You'll probably have better luck in one of the microsoft.public.vstudio.*
newsgroups (probably the VSIP group).

This group is for Avalon (Windows Presentation Foundation).

Re: 'The project type is not supported by this installation' error

Hi dimaka,

I had this problem too with my vs after installing orcas & sdk rc1. If
wanted to create a winfx project I could see the templates for winfx, but i
got the same error when opening or creating winfx projects. So what I did is
reinstalling the vs completely. It works.
