avalon & Win2003 Server

Can I write my WinFX application for Win2003 Server?
When I run my app I see only black window(

The black window issue has been circulating since the Nov CTP. I have not
seen a resolution to that. Some suggested that it may be driver related.
There are many using Win2003 Server, so that should not be the issue.

Default app show black window for me too.
But if i add button in a grid then it's work.

When I add image in a grid I get the same result
