%Temp%\Deployment folder? (XBAP init exception)

Whenever I try to load a xbap I get an UnauthorizedAccessException basically
saying that %temp%\Deployment is denied.

Well, the dir doesn't exist, because I recently cleaned out my Temp dir, if
I create the dir, the xbap's hang for 30 seconds or a minute and then I get a
"lock timed out" exception.

Do I need to reinstall WPF? Does it actually persist info into Temp?!?

Re: %Temp%\Deployment folder? (XBAP init exception)

Could you just try killing the DFSvc.exe process and trying again? That
should fix the issue.

ClickOnce creates a file in the %temp%\Deployment directory and holds a lock
on it to synchronize access to the ClickOnce app store. Were you in the
middle of a ClickOcne operation while you cleaned up your %temp% directory?
