| | Error on Jan CTP downloading page The link directly to winfxrc.exe is point to Dec CTP on the page http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...displaylang=en, it says : "To start the installation process, you will need to run the download file; this will initiate the installation of the WinFX Runtime Components December CTP; If you have troubles with the download manager, you can download the entire package for x86 or for x64 which are both .EXE files. " If you click "for x86", you will find it's Dec CTP. |

| | RE: Error on Jan CTP downloading page I used the same wrong link and installed the December CTP again. I've first noticed that all DLLs installed in C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Windows\v6.0.5070 have a date 6. or 7. November 2005. Surprise! Even the "new" winfxrtc version (Jan CTP - ends with .154) - installed exactly the same components! Has nothing changed within 2 months??? -- Wolfgang B.
