PDF/Word-Document in XAML

Hi,

i try to show a PDF or WordDocument in a XAML-Window.

Exist tools or can give me other tips how show this document in XAML.

I'm not sure of anything specific to WPF. If there are viewers for Windows
Forms you can reuse those.

If you can convert the docments beforehand or automate printing from a PDF
Viewer / Word, you could use the Microsoft XPS Document Writer (MXDW) to
write out XPS documents. XPS is natively supported by WPF.

If you have Adobe reader that can show the document in place in internet
explorer then...
you could also use the HTML iframe to point PDF file. then use WPF frame and
point to that html page

But not in XBAP applications. Crossbow doesn't work in XBAPs.

In an XBAP, you could display the PDF file in a WPF frame, I guess,
since IE is used to display web pages. I think it will work with PDF too.

Hy,

I have tried loading a pdf document with a <frame> in xaml and it does
not work, neighter it works to load a html document containing that
pdf, because I can some authentiphications errors.

Any more tips,
