How to manage application scope resource file in a library project ?

Hi everybody,

How do I manage application scope resource file in a library project ? VS
doesn't create the app.xaml file and it doesn't compile if i try to put it
in myself.

A library isn't an application, so you can't really scope that way (at least
AFAIK). You can declare resource dictionaries within the library and then
use MergedDictionaries in your app's resource to bring the resources into an
app
