| | Using Attached DP in xaml file in a VB project doesn't work Hello, I have no problem to declare and use an attached property of a custom control in C#. But i can't get it work in VB. Could someone from MS confirm that ? More generally, it seems that VB is far from being as WPF compliant as C# is. Right ? If it is, can we hope that could change and when ? Thank you. |

| | Re: Using Attached DP in xaml file in a VB project doesn't work Could you share out your control code somewhere, or tack it on as text if it's simple enough? Alternatively, try posting over on Forums instead, and attaching your control code. There isn't anything native to VB.NET that should prevent your attached properties from working, but it's possible that there is something that has a different behavior with your own Get* and Set* accessors in C# vs VB. Since the parameter typing is so open, there might be something I am not thinking of that's particular to your implementation.
