| | WPF not installed by default in Vista? I heard that WPF will not be installed by default in Vista : http://forums.microsoft.com/MSDN/Sho...33818&SiteID=1 This will be a problem. A lot of new programs based on WPF will be released when Vista come out. However, the producer of these programs have to tell the end user how to activate WPF before installing their program. This will prevent the fast acceptance of WPF. |

| | Re: WPF not installed by default in Vista? Another question is that although WPF is not installed by default in Vista, Vista UI has all features WPF provided, such as animation. So is there another set of API that could be used to build UI system? What's its relation to WPF?
