Voice 2 Text, Text 2 Voice conversion, and voice pattern matching

Hi all, I am trying to write my own coding to do the following :

- Voice to Text conversion
- Text to Voice conversion
- Voice to Voice matching
- Integrated with an RDBMS/DBMS
- in total a self-speech service applicaiton

for above, which type of tools/languages/database will be more
suitable.
If any one could able to throw some light on it, will be of great use
to me.
Thanks for everthing.

Probably best to try a different newsgroup.

Windows Presentation Foundation (Avalon) - being all about the presentation
layer, doesn't really offer any tools, languages or databases to help implement
the requirements you have listed. The larger package, WinFX (.NET Framework
3.0?) which encompasses WPF, does.
