Can window titlebar and buttons be styled in Windows Vista?

In Windows Vista is it possible to style the window minimize, maximum and
close buttons? Can the window title bar be styled?

RE: Can window titlebar and buttons be styled in Windows Vista?

On another message thread from January, it stated that a Vista window is
still rendered with GDI for the Classic theme. Thus, I'm assuming that this
means the titlebar and its contents cannot be styled from WPF. Comments?
