Looks really great. But only once: first time, when IE was downloading
the sample, everything worked and document was visible, but next time,
when the sample (I assume) was taken out of the cache, only black
screen was visible. Although right-click was working.

I had no problem running it 3 times in a row where the first attempt
required a download, and the later ones came from a local cache. There have
been several reports of getting black screens as output, and may be a more
general issue with the Nov CTP.
