| | Working with Grid using Avalon Hi all, Utilizing Avalon (C#), See the attachement on the Grid being implemented. ![]() - For each row added in (1), + Type value is displayed as text and + A selection for Name will be allowed for each specific type (i.e. if Type = 1 then Name is allowed to be selected among A and B) This can be done using <CollectionViewSource.GroupDescriptions> - To implement the function of adding new item as in (2) where + it is allowed to select a Type value from the combo box and + the value for the Name combo box will be filtered appropriately against the Type value selected (i.e. if Type selected = 1 then Name can be selected among A and B only) QUESTIONS: 1 - Do we have a built in property/method supported by Avalon (C#) to do this when "GroupDescriptions" was already used for the added item in the grid like above? If yes, what is it and how to use? 2 - Can anyone instruct me a good way to have the feature of (2) implemented? Regards |
