| | How do I give an browser-like xaml app an icon? It seems a simple problem: I've got a browser-like xaml app with pages. Now I'd like to have an icon on hitting alt+tab, and for the window itself, but I got no idea where to put it. The icon in the project setting does only appear in the file explorer. Sam |

| | RE: How do I give an browser-like xaml app an icon? Hi Sam, Make sure you are running your app from the exe-file, not in debug mode from Visual Studio, because VS is building a special bootstrapper-exe for you which does not use the icon from the project settings. If you do run the exe, your icon will appear in both the window title bar and in the alt-tab. -- George Bolsch www.dotway.se "Sam Jost" wrote: > It seems a simple problem: > > I've got a browser-like xaml app with pages. > Now I'd like to have an icon on hitting alt+tab, and for the window > itself, but I got no idea where to put it. > > The icon in the project setting does only appear in the file explorer. > > Sam > > |
