When you design a Xaml control, you can select a control and drag it to
different size. When you click the control, you can see 8 little dots(or
button) shown around the control. You can drag one of the eight dots to do
resizing.



Does anyone here know how to do that?

These "dots" are called Adorners. Check the documentation to see how to
do Adorners and you should be fine.
