| Guest | Enumerating printers in WPF I'm trying to enumerate the printers on a machine for an application, but not having much luck! It's easy to get "local" printers using, for example: PrintServer myPrintServer = new LocalPrintServer(); PrintQueueCollection myPrintQueues = myPrintServer.GetPrintQueues(); However this leaves out all network printers. For example on my machine, this gives the XPS printer, PDF printer and Office document writer, but leaves out the network laser printer (which is in fact the default printer). Can anyone tell me how to get a list of available printers? That is, the same enumeration PrintDialog shows? This SHOULD be easy (and probably is!) but I'm ripping my hair out! Thanks! |
