| | The Image element doesn't natively support animated GIFs? That's a bummer. This is using the February CTP. I'm writing what amounts to a HTML -> XAML converter for a limited subset of HTML, and I've been having some problem with converting the <img> tag to the XAML <Image> tag. It works for the most part, setting the HTML src attribute to the XAML Source attribute...but animated GIFS are displayed first-frame only. Does anyone know how to display an animated GIF in a WPF Image? Loading the frames in a code-behind is going to be next to impossible for this application, since the XAML generated from the HTML is sent to XamlReader.Load and the resulting object is appended to a RichTextBox's contents. Documentation on frame-by-frame loading is terrible anyway, I wouldn't know where to start. Any advice would be appreciated. |
