Vista - Remove border and Maximize button and navigation

Hi All:

I am developing a Winfx application (page based). I am unable to do
following tasks. Any help is appreciated.
1. I want to remove the Maximize button.
2. Navigation bar should have only single step back option (I mean
there should be no drop down list for Back and Forward should not be
there).
3. Border of the application should be removed (Right now, I am using
XP + Winfx and I can see a blue border around my application, which i
dont want).
4. The application bar (where you have close, minimize and maximize
button) should be customized to different color.
