| | InkCanvas Hey gang, I am looking to prototype some UI concepts for OS usage. I'm not sure if this is possible however I thought I would ask some questions. For one I want to give the OS gesture support. Think of things such as drawing a line downwards and the active window scrolls accordingly. Now here is the thing. I want to be able to detect gestures however still allow the existing mouse event model that Windows uses if a gesture isn't detected. Do you guys think this is possible? I started off with putting a transparent InkCanvas covering the screen. This allows me to detect gestures but as you can imagine anything under it is not usable so I'm trying to figure out the best way to approach this. Anyone have any suggestions or ideas or comments? Thanks and take care. |
