Vista - Deployment bug

I am attempting to install a (WinFX Feb CTP) ClickOnce full trust
application but the the error mesasge as shown in the shapshot attached,
this displays a

"System Update Required" dialog box, stating along the lines, that I
need the assembly WindowsBase 3.0.0.0 to be installed in the GAC first.

This is occuring on two machines that previously had WinFX Runtime
Components Beta 1.

I have already attempted to remove and re-install WinFX Feb CTP and used
the uninstall tools and registry clean up tools.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Fixed the problem, I ended up having to remove the old verions Visual Studio
installed on the boxes and having good clean out of the referneces in the
registry of WinFX.

Now the publish offline application works fine on the clients but the xbap
deployed version produces a

System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Access is denied. (Exception from
HRESULT: 0x80070005 (E_ACCESSDENIED))
at
System.Deployment.Internal.Isolation.IsolationInterop.GetUserStore(UInt32
Flags, IntPtr hToken, Guid& riid)

which has been reported in earlier threads by others.
