| | WinFx Splitter control? I searched this newsgroup and didn't find much except some comment on WinForm integration. Is there a way to add splitters to a WinFx GUI without WinForm integration? I would hope so. Also, what about dockable floating windows? While there are some pretty powerful controls, there seems to be some basic functionality missing in WinFx. I would not expect to have to buy third party tools in order to get this functionality. -- Thanks, Nick nicknospamdu@community.nospam remove "nospam" change community. to msn.com |

Use a Grid for your layout, and then add a GridSplitter in one of the cells. > Also, what about dockable floating windows? Not without you doing some programming. WPF is a brand new framework, and pretty much everything you learned in WinForms can be happily forgotten :-) One control is notoriously missing: DataGrid. There is a free one by XCeed, a paying one by Infragistics, and one in the works at Microsoft. No release date announced however.
