Blank pages

I'm being driven to distraction by this.
Every so often a blank page comes up and I cant move it.I cant access anything I was working on and the only thing I can do is manually close down.
This is happening regularly now.
I've only had my laptop since Xmas and It's spoiling things!

Cynders, with thanks.

Re: Blank pages

Hello cynders. Erm, I take it by blank page..you mean a blank internet explorer page as its posted in the Network and internet forum, yes?
If so, try resetting your IE7 by going into tools, internet options, advanced, reset. Let us know if that helps.

Re: Blank pages

Hi Coolchris ,it happens sometimes when I first get connected ,but mostly they just go blank while I'm in the middle of doing something and it's so frustrating.!
The page just goes totally blank ,I have nothing to click on to get out of it.
In fact the only time I could ,was when my mail notifier (Incredimail) popped up and that gave me a way through.
I'll try what you've said ,I wonder if anyone else has had this ?
Thx
Cynders(Cornwall UK).
