I have incredimail premium, I purchased a long time ago. Now I contacted incredimail to see if I can use purchased program on both computers. They said as long as it's for personal use-no problem. So, on my new computer-vista, I downloaded program, put in key code, and it loaded just fine and works just fine in my account-adminastrator. My problem is that when the wife logs in to her account and tries to use it, it says it needs to finishe installing. I have contacted Incredimail, but only tech support is by emial and that takes generally about a week with each email. Has anybody else had a problem with programs not working in other user accounts. Is this a vista bug? Need help?????
