Fire Fox. IE loads slow, the tabbing is not handy to use, the spell checker is a pain, and a hundred other issues.

If I'm on a time crunch and gotta post something on a forum quick, I'll use Chrome because its a quick little bugger. However if I'm sitting around with time to kill, I'll use Firefox as I'd be lost without add-ons

Firefox 3.5.2, I love it because its safe, easy to use, reliable, fast, has nice addon's, like adblock plus-love that one, and customizable
