Error Number: 0x800CCC0F

After successfully using Windows Mail for 1 1/2 years, a couple of days ago Error Number 0x800CCC0F appeared when I tried to Send an E-Mail. But I could still Receive E-Mails. Now, a couple of days later, I no longer can Send or Receive E-Mails (the same Error Message Number shows up). Anybody else dealing with this issue? (My OS is Vista Home Premium.) I think you have your server set wrong. Go check and make sure it is correct.
