Hi any of you guys have a problem with dropped letters in IE?? When I type on IE …letters are dropped...only in IE though..Word & Notepad is fine…..this is sooo annoying!! I can't find any resolutions. I tried disabling all the add-ons and still don't work!! HELPP please!!

Done everything....restarted...virus malware scan.....going to try to update IE to 8.0....it just started happening like 2 days ago.

Tried updating to Internet 8 last night, but still having the same problem with the droppped letters while typing. ANYBODY have an resolution???

I understand that this thread is old but I have have just solved my problem with dropped letters in IE8 at last. I have disabled the Skype Add On. Open IE8, go to Tools, Manage Add Ons, scroll down to Skype and disable. No more dropped letters and IE8 opens much quicker. I've no idea why, but it worked for me!
