| Vista Ultimate 32bit | Email SPAM Hi, I keep getting these spam emails from random valid email addresses telling me I have X amount of dollars waiting for me in a online casino. Every time i delete and block the emails address i get another from another email address generated. Its obviously spyware, I have run AVG and spybot and it hasnt fixed the problem. I cant adjust my spam filters cause sometimes theres important emails which get IDd as SPAM by accident. Is there anyway to fix this? |

| Vista Ult 64bit Windows 7 64 bit Server 2008 RC2 | Re: Email SPAM These spam emails are designed to get around your spam filter by changing sender addys with each sending. Have you gotten one from yourself yet. I have. Any email address can be add as sender to any email. Thus, there is really nothing you can do about it. No it's probably not spyware, just the way spammers operate. Don't know what email client you are using, but most have some way of making rules to send things to junk folder. Maybe something like 'any email containing casino in the subject'. Still a good idea to look through that folder for anything you need. Gary |

| Vista Ult 64bit Windows 7 64 bit Server 2008 RC2 | Re: Email SPAM Trust me, your not alone. I use outlook. I have mine set to consider everything as junk until I add it to the safe senders list. Can't remember if live mail has that setting. Gary |

| Vista Ultimate 32bit | Re: Email SPAM Thats actually not a bad idea, to make everything junk until you add it to the safe senders list. I'll try it. Junk mailbox is kinda like a double edged sword though because everytime it says Junk Mail (4) your always going to check whats in there. |
