My Windows Mail has recently stopped working; when I try to read my mail, the program initially appears to open fine, then the following messages occur. Windows Mail has stopped working.
Windows is checking for a solution.
A problem caused the program to stip working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution becomes available.
Windows does not close - I have to close it manually.
Have tried switching off the Email scanner on my anti virus - that has not worked.
Also have tried updating to Windows Live Mail - that has not worked either. Have received an email requesting that I confirm my address for Windows Live but this does not work - an email received has advised me to post a web address into my browser but when I did I got the following message at https://accountservices.msn.com/uiemailerror.srf?lc=2057
