Not too knowledgeable I'm afraid but having major problems setting emails from my Heart Internet accounts into Live Mail and would love a simple resolution if there is such a thing. Would appreciate any help at all. Can receive my mail but when sending I jus get this message:

Kenny nine times out of ten this connect error connect error 10061 is caused by a firewall or anti virus proventing the mail client from reaching out to the server.

What kind of firewall, and av are you running? have you tried turning them off and connecting? One more thing you can try is to boot into safe mode (F8) with networking and se if it can connect then

Let us know the results
