Possible rule to automatically Bcc if conditions are met?

Is it possible to establish a rule to automatically blind courtesy copy my other email address whenever I send an email that meets certain criteria?
Ideally, I'd like to automatically Bcc my alternate email address when certain criteria are met and then automatically delete that message from my "Sent" folder. Are either of these possible?

I don't know of any feature in Outlook that will allow you to do this, but I have found a piece of software:

Outlook BCC / CC - blind carbon copy automatically with Auto BCC for Outlook

In your rules, you can use the following options and have an automatic BCC / CC copy sent for:

all outgoing emails sent from all your e-mail accounts

e-mails sent from one of your Microsoft Outlook profiles or accounts

messages sent to the specified addresses only

messages with particular words or phrases in the subject line or in the attachment name

The software costs $26.95 and offers a 15 day fully functioning trial.
