Hi Xjester,

I've had the same issue using IE9 beta (sort of) in terms of the Bing Bar updating but never completing (showing exactly what you posted) - but it doesn't happen very often (not more than once a week if even that). And enabling/disabling it doesn't work for me either. I've been able to get past this by closing all IE windows and tabs and starting over (this sometimes works - but not always). Another option that has worked is to disconnect from the internet and then re-connect (especially if combined with closing all open IE windows). Other times, a reboot (or two) will resolve the problem. It's never gone on for so long where none of those options worked for me (it usually doesn't take more than a few minutes or sometimes up to an hour if rebooting several times is necessary) to dig any deeper into it. I suspect there's some sort of unresolved issue between updating the Bing toolbar and IE9 beta that hasn't been addressed yet.

I hope this helps.

Good luck!
