Hello umm still have the issue Java is stuck and wont move.
Sorry that you still have the problem
Make a full anti virus scan
Download and make a full scan with Malarebytes.
Make sure that you have enough memory. (give me a screen shot of task manager and performance tab.
Here is the screen shot wow memory is getting eaten. I also ran the anti virus scan the other day...
Run the Malwarebytes, too.
Make sure the A/V was updated when you did the scan and that it was the full scan. Ditto for Malwarebytes.
Looking at your memory, I see you have 2 GB, Flash Player uses a lot of RAM. I think its a memory problem.
Make a clean boot and follow the procedure. If everything works in clean boot, you either have a conflict with software (procedure will tell you which one) or not enough
memory.

Okay I did what you have said. I am not sure what I am really suppose to be doing. Did you want me to try and download Java or delete old Java after doing the above?
I am not sure what you mean it might be a hardware problem.
The only things that you should be doing now
Is run a full anti virus scan
Run a full scan with Malarebytes. These scans would take around an hour.
If they are negative. Do the clean boot.
