Sites take too long to open

Why does it take some sites so long to open? Is there something wrong with my computer or is it just that site? Seems like so many times I want to go somewhere in a hurry I get the moving circle forever before the site opens.

Run your anti virus and malwarebytes as I suggested in your other thread. Make sure that you have sufficient memory
and
Run for 8 passes.
Then test each stick in a good slot for 6 passes.
If you have dual channel, the results may be incorrect, if shows pass.

Do you have at least 3gb ram?
Also try another broswer. If using IE, disable add ons, see step 2 and 3

I have no idea what a "pass" or "stick" is. I run my anti virus and malware thingie twice a week. I had more ram added a year ago. I use Firefox and Chrome.

Just do the other stuff.
Its probably browser related.

Ok, try to remove the addons, like I suggested for IE, but do it to you browser of choice.

Download and run ccleaner once a week to avoid this problem in the future.

It always happens due to cookies and temporary files deposited. You need to delete them frequently and always use Google chrome for browsing as it's fast and user interactive.

I"m a "she" LOL. OK I have CCcleaner but don't use it as much as I should. The reason I use FF instead of Chrome is because I can't get f11 to work. My eyes are "old" and I play a game called AcroBlast and if I don't use F11 I can't see the Acros to vote on them. I use Zoom to make things 125% and I put Chrome on that size too and I can see well enough. I have 20/20 in one eye and 20/200 in the other. (Legally blind). I prefer Chrome though because I can't print in Firefox. I Googled for a solution and the fix was too complicated to follow. Thank you both for your help.
