Hi,
Did you make any software or hardware changes on your machine prior to this issue?

It might be possible that the sticky keys got enabled.

You may check whether the sticky keys are turned off in ‘Ease of Access Center’.
Thereafter, check if the issue persists. Please follow the steps to ensure that sticky keys are on or off:
1. Click on the ‘Start’ button.
2. Click on ‘Control Panel’.
3. Click on ‘Ease of Access’.
4. Click on ‘Ease of Access Center’.
5. Click on ‘Change how your keyboard works’.
6. Uncheck the option “Turn on Sticky Keys’.

Hope the information helps. Please post back and let us know

I had already checked out the sticky keys issue and it was not checked. I have written to KeyScrambler but have not had any answer from them yet. A little disappointed since I just purchased their program. Hopefully they will answer. Thank you for trying to help.
