Solved i cannot get on Boltbus.com website

Hi All~
This is a bus website for taking the bus to other cities in the U.S. I have been using it for a long time, as recent as july 4th this year.

This past few weeks, whenever i tried to get on, www.boltbus.com, i could not.

i called the bus company, they said if i am using Google search that might be the reason. I should directly type in the address. If i am using Internet explorer 9, i should be good to go.

i tried again, using her suggestions. No luck.

Any help you can offer is appreciated.

I have tried the site and its working.
I think you have corrupted cookies
Download ccleaner and give it a try, boot and then you should be able to enter the site.

Thank you for your quick reply. I tried downloading a cookie cleaner, shut down and re-started my pc.

However, the problem persists. Any new thoughts?

Thank you for being persistent on resolving this issue.

i did the link you sent. It is only me. i asked other people who used it as late as yesterday and they said they had no problem at all. I asked Bolt which said it had not heard complaints, either, except when people were trying to get on by googling it.

I did download two cookie cleaners, one from piriform.com, the other being the one at CNET.com which is recommended by CNET.

Umm.... what do you mean when you say "ran a cookie cleaner"? Is that different from just downloading it?

I mean did you run ccleaner (forget other cookie cleaners, use CC)

I am guessing you meant when i download the program, it offers me Run Save, and i should click on Run?

I did that and just let it run.

After that, i shut off my pc and re-started it.

I used CCleaner at piriform this time.

The issue persists.

You did not mention if you ran ccleaner.
Also create a new user account and see if you can log in from that account.

Thank you for all the ideas you contributed.

I spoke with the pc maker's customer service, even though i know there is nothing wrong with my pc. After consulting internally, they came back to me and suggested that it is my servor.

That makes a whole lot of sense, given that everyone else can get on this website and so could i (up until a couple weeks ago).

Incidentally, i tried to get on the website on my cellphone, which is under the same carrier. Guess what? i could not get on the website. However, i could get on any other website before and after i experimented with this website on my cellphone.
