Internet Explorer 9: aero glass does not work

Hello everybody!

It's my first post here on VistaForums. Well, I have the following problem: I installed Win Vista Ultimate on my note and IE9 too. The problem is that I can not somehow enable transparency effect on the toolbar of IE 9. Same is black in color. The effect "Enable transparency" is already enabled in the "Windows Color and Appearance" tab.

Aero Glass is also enabled and functioning normally in Vista. I just can not make it work in IE9's toolbar. Since I am already very grateful if someone can help me.

Just a shot in the dark but did you run or re run the WEI (Windows Experience Index) after completing your install. If the graphics performance isn't up to the job then some aspects of Aero won't run.

Mooly, really got to update the WEI (Windows Experience Index) after completing the installation. Does that resetting the aero WEI again run through? How should I proceed?

You need to update the score after you have installed all the correct drivers (particularly graphics)
