Having difficulties

I am having alot of trouble keeping my computer stable and it is not overclocked?? I built the set up I am on now august 2007. The specs are as follows.

Intel core 2 quad 2.4 Q6600
MSI P6N Diamond 680i
Crucial Ballistix Tracer 1GB X 4 (4-4-4-12)
WD Caviar 250GB X 2
OCZ Gamexstream 700W
EVGA Nvidia 9600GT

My problem occured last november when the computer blue screened MEMORY_MANAGEMENT and would not post afterwards. I originally had two 7600GTKO's that I was running in SLI and decided to upgrade when I had to buy new ram. I purchased the video card above and 2X1GB of the same ram and replaced the set that I thought was bad. The system ran good for a 4 week period then started giving the blue screen again. I have played with every combination possible with the ram and I can get it to run for a while, but it seems whenever it gets a high load it either freezes or gives the blue screen?? I have not been able to find a good memory test program for vista 64 bit so I have not been able to test my ram. You would think that at least 4 of the 6 crucial ram sticks would work, or for that matter 2 of them?? My question is is this a driver conflict??? I have updated the latest nvidia driver for my card and have installed DX10???
