| Vista 32bit SP1 | tech support or magicians "tech support or magicians" This is one question which is bothering me for a long time. Why do people who call in tech support have a feeling that the tech support over the phone is a magician & they would wave a magic wand & the issue is resolved. ![]() Why does this happen ? |
