That is really bad of apple. They are a grocery store. The obviously sell apples. Apples are a fruit as well. LOL
To me that logo looks nothing like the Apple one.

This world has gone mad.The big corporations have taken over.They basically do whatever they want.WTH happed to the anti trust laws LMAO they are still there last time I checked.I guess they just dont enforce them because they like lining there pockets.......

A company whose logo is of an apple, and is called Apple, even though they don't sell any fruit, is challenging another company whose logo is of an apple and does sell apples. And Apple want to do this because it "might" cause confusion?

My sister bought an ipod on ebay and had nothing but trouble with it. She returned it and got, um, a Sony I think. She posted on facebook that the Sony (or whatever) was what the ipod should have been - and she got an email from apple's legal dept ordering her to cease and desist from libelling apple products! That's not just nasty, it's borderline Nazi (I can say this without fear because I am wearing my tin-foil hat)
