Note
Well, here it is 2:34AM my time and I'm just waking up for the day. I went to bed at 7PM planning to get up at 11PM - work here for 3-4 hrs and then go back to bed until 7-8AM (but it didn't turn out that way). I have GOT to change my medication or get back on some type of reasonable schedule.
Congrats MWRed on post 500 - that's a good milestore - 1/3 of the way to your Gold Badge!
I hope to catch up on some threads I've been procrastinating on and of course get in some new ones (but consering the time, I don't suppose I'll see very many of those for quite a few hours yet - unless there are some that have been skipped in any of the forums).
BTW, no snow, no threats of snow, and nothing predicted as far out as they tend to predict - which is all just fine with me.
And how the heck do you repair an ADSL line? I mean, I suppose there are tools and connectors to splice sections together - but while I can do so for ethernet lines (I have all the tools, connectors and lines for both regular and fire-resistant, even I don't have the equipment for an ADSL line. Wouldn't something like that be covered under the contract (and if not for free, at least covered under insurance)? And there, BTW, is yet another reason I hate snow (though all the lines here are underground).
