Password protect a folder

I know this can be done in Vista Business and Ulltimate but is there a way to password protect folders in windows vista home premium. Thanks in advance....

For my book and legal documents, I have backed up but want to freeze it so when kids on on the system just to be safe, I don't let them into the admin but you never know. I deal with my agent over the net also, so anything that will help secure my system better. Thanks to all still need more advice.

Suggestion :
Purchase a Microsoft Office Suite whose programs have the option to password protect the files.
