    Why am I getting ads in the middle of any message I post on these forums ?

    The ads do not come from here, if you are a member.
    I would make a full anti virus scan
    Download and run malwarebytes and see if anything is shown.

    I am seeing these ads in many messages on these forums, not just my own ? Is it client-side software that has hooked into my browser (Firefox 3.6.`16) ? If it is server-side software, others would be seeing them also.

    Hello Eldiener,

    You will only see ads from our site when you are not logged in to our site. If you are, then please do as Rich suggested to see if you have been infected by malware.

    I am not infected by malware ( I checked ), I am logged in, and I do see the ads on some messages but not all of them.

    At least I know the messages are put there by the forum itself.

    When you sign in you do not see them. Try visiting the site without signing in.

    Could you post a screenshot of what you are seeing along with the top of the webpage? This may be able to help ID what this may be.

    Also, would you happen to have some sort of toolbar in FF? I would almost be positive it's something in ur browser, or an addon perhaps (aside from a glitch of some sort in the forum with you being logged in but still seeing the ads when you aren't supposed to be.)
