We are world renowned for our drinking abilities, especially the men ....... couple of things us Aussie's do to stop a hangover, have some hair of the dog (more grog {alcohol}) .. or my favourite is just stay drunk!! lol

I was going to say! What's with all the scientific mumbo jumbo? Any Irishman can tell you a hair of the dog is the surest cure. Besides, how can you trust a beer drinker who consumes, ughhhh, water?? :)

Hmmmm, back in the 60s<=>70s my idea was for the pharmaceutical companies to come up with a drug called Instant Straight. The idea being, no matter what recreational drug you were on, alcohol, pot etc.. you crushed the capsule under your nose like smelling salts, and within about 5 seconds, Bingo!! You were straight/sober. Of course the taxicab companies would lobby against it. All those people out in bars, taverns, and sporting events could just crush a capsule, then drive home.
