Blue Screen Problem

Am having a problem with my computer some times when i shuttdown the pc i does not complete shuttdown and after a while i get a blue screen. Am not sure what is causing this problem is can someone help me on this it will mean alot to me.

You are running on service pack 1, download and install service pack 2. Alot of bug were fixed in this ervice pack.

Does your computer do the same if in safe mode? Try it as a diagnostic test.
